Booking and quote requests
When you request a transfer or day trip we process the route, date and time, flight number if given, passengers, luggage, child seats, vehicle preference, your name, email, phone and notes. Purpose: preparing a quote and performing the ride you ask for (legal basis: steps prior to and performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
B2B partner requests
Company name, type, country, website, contact person, email, phone, WhatsApp, preferred contact method, expected volume, services, destinations and any message you send. Purpose: evaluating and answering the partnership request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Phone and WhatsApp contact
If you call us or write via WhatsApp, we receive your number and the messages you send, used only to answer you and arrange your trip. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy terms.
Website analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 has been prepared but is currently not active, so no website analytics data is collected. If activated, it will run only with your consent, collect aggregated interaction data without names, emails, phone numbers or form contents, and this policy will be updated. See the Cookie policy for the necessary storage we use.
Recipients and processors
Our hosting and database provider (Lovable / cloud infrastructure) stores request data on our behalf. Drivers assigned to your ride receive the details needed to perform it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Booking and partner request data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear or change it.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer without affecting prior processing. Contact us at toniontime8@gmail.com.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
